Prize Draw and Competition Terms

From time to time, The PA Way may run competitions, prize draws and promotions (Competitions). Your entry and participation in any Competition is subject to the following terms, as well as any other terms set out on the Competition entry page:

1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Competitions are open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only.
3. No person associated with The PA Way or any of their family members may enter Competitions.
4. No person associated with any related third parties involved in the relevant Competition or any of their family members may enter the relevant Competition.
5. A Competition, such as a prize draw, may be based completely on chance with no skill element. In such case, the winner will be chosen at random by a staff member of The PA Way.
6. The winner of a Competition with a skill element will be chosen by an independent judge or a panel of independent judges. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the winner being drawn or selected by using the contact details provided upon entry to the Competition.
8. If contact cannot be made and/or the prize is not claimed by the winner within 7 days of the 35 days of the winner being drawn or selected, The PA Way may forfeit the winning entry and select another winner in accordance with section 5 or 6 above.
9. Details of the winner will be available upon request.
10. The prize will be as detailed on the Competition entry page. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
11. Entries must be submitted in the format specified on the Competition entry page. The PA Way accepts no responsibility for entries not properly submitted or not received due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. The PA Way reserves the right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries, or any entry on grounds that it may reasonably deem to warrant such rejection.
13. Any Competition may be extended or cancelled at any time without notice if The PA Way deems it reasonable to do so and/or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
14. The PA Way collects and uses your personal data upon entry to a Competition in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at  thepaway.thepaway.co.uk/terms-conditions.
15. By entering into any Competition, an entrant is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of them will be at the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
