Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope are delighted with your new item!

Sometimes you may want to return your item/be refunded and that is no problem at all.

The item(s) need to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was sent to you).

The item(s) must show no signs of wear, including heavy scents such as perfume or cooking.

We have a 28-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you.

We do not offer a free return policy and you will have to pay the return postage.

All returns received within 28 days will be refunded back to you using the original payment method.

After 28 days, returns outside of this will not be accepted.

All items will be inspected on return so please ensure you obtain proof of postage to show you have returned the item(s) and that they are packaged correctly.

Your refund will be issued once we have reviewed and are satisfied with the returned item.

We are happy to exchange your item if it is unsuitable.

Please ensure that you check the sizing guides as all items are custom-made.

We can only exchange the product for the same product, a different size.

Some items are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable as they are bespoke.

Items that are classed as bespoke due to specific measurements or requirements are unable to be resold and therefore voids the refund/exchange policy above.

If the item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please email info@thepaway.co.uk where after our review, we will be happy to send out a replacement.
