I started The PA Way in 2018 whilst I was working as an Executive Assistant having seen the concept in my dream. I single-handedly taught myself how to build the platform I wish I had when I was working in the administrative profession as I wanted to build a community that was seen and celebrated.
I was tired of working hard behind the scenes, being told I was “just an Assistant” and that I had no value for my contributions.
I realised I wasn’t alone after speaking with incredible colleagues in the profession, who were excited to network, share stories, experiences and best practice.
What started out as a dream (literally!) that I built on my own on top of a full time role, has grown into a multi award winning global platform for assistants and administrative professionals.
The PA Way educates, empowers and elevates our AssistantHood community with a fun, fresh and exciting perspective.
